2010 Race Dates
The BSG Energade Triseries takes place at various venues across the country. The three discipline event consists of a 600m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run – it not only provides South Africa’s elite triathletes with a tough challenge but also offers recreational athletes a fun day in the sun.

- *Open category athletes compete for prize money only. Anyone can enter Open, however, once you have entered Open for a race, you cannot enter in an age-group category for any subsequent race. You MUST stay in the Open category for the remainder of the Triseries.
- **The age categories (15-19, 20-29, 30-39, Veterans and Masters) will compete for great prizes and a chance to be ranked according to each age-group nationally. Athletes who wish to increase their competitiveness may upgrade to the Open category, however please note rule above.
