Take it one step at a time. Keep measuring yourself against the best athletes in the world and strive to get closer every year

I have many heroes, but would like to single out Dutch triathlete Rob Barel
Vision for the future of Triathlon in SA:
It looks good, but it’s up to the Juniors and coaches to get more people performing at Elite World level
