If you are a multi-sport fan then it’s time to dust off your bike, shake out your running shoes, don your swimming cap and prepare to pit your skills against the best and the rest in the ever-popular BSG Energade Triathlon Series. This ultimate modern day sports series will be taking place at various venues across the country. The three discipline event comprises of a 600m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run – not only provides South Africa’s elite triathletes with a tough challenge but also offers recreational athletes a fun day in the sun.
